Session Policies
Your session pass can be purchased when registration opens and you will be automatically enrolled in all of the included classes.
Your pass is ONLY usable for the class you purchased, and only during the session timeframe. It expires once the session ends.
Every session pass purchase will also includes a bonus drop in pass. This pass is usable to drop in to ANY class you wish during the session, and for a specified duration of time following the session (Typically 2 weeks post-session). Bonus pass quantities and expirations are stated at purchase, and also show up in your account information.
There will be no additional make up passes issued if you cannot attend a registered class - this is the main purpose of the bonus pass you receive.
In the unlikely event that an instructor needs to cancel a session class (and cannot find a substitute to fill in for them) you will receive an additional pass added to your bonus pass.
Need to Know
Class sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If the session you signed up for does not meet the minimum required registrations and is cancelled, your account will be credited back your cost to spend as you wish. We do not offer refunds.
You may use that credit amount towards another class registration, the purchase of a drop in pass, or to purchase retail products at the studio.
Class Minimum Requirement
Up to 12 hours prior to class start time, if there is not a minimum # of people enrolled the instructor may choose to cancel the class.
If a session class ends up being cancelled, any still-enrolled session participants will receive an extra bonus pass.

12+ Hours notice is required to be considered an early cancel.
Our No-Show Policy
1st No-Show is excused, and text/email notifications are sent.
2+ No-Shows result in a $10 charge every time.
The text/email notifications are sent each time, and the system will automatically charge your account when you no-show for your class.
If a credit card is saved to your account it will charge it the $10 fee. If no card is on file, your account balance is charged. A negative account balance needs to be paid off before you are able to book into any additional drop in classes.
3rd No-Show for Session Registrants:
In addition to the $10 fee, you will also be removed from your registered spot in EVERY session class you are registered in. The pass(es) used to sign up for the session class(es) will remain in your account for use during the session, but you must go in and sign up for class when you plan to attend with that pass. The remaining bonus/make up pass(es) in your account will be forfeited.
