You can link family members, but you cannot share passes...
There is the option to create/link a "child" account under a "parent" profile.
By doing this, all purchases by the "child" account are paid for by the "parent" account.
If you do not want to pay for all passes for another individual, do not have them linked under you as a "child" account.
Unfortunately there is no feature to share passes, so ALL passes purchased are only usable by one individual participant.
There is also the option to purchase and "gift" a pass to another participant via their email address without actually having linked accounts. This gifting option shows up at checkout.
