I CAN'T COME TO MY BOOKED CLASS, HOW DO I CANCEL?

If you can't come please cancel out and let us know as soon as you can! Here's how...

We require 12+ hours notice for it to be considered an "early" cancellation and for no penalty to be applied. If you cancel before this time you will receive your drop in pass returned back to your account to use towards a future class.


Anything less is considered "late" and you will not have your pass returned to your account. See below on how to cancel:


Client Web App:

1. Login

2. In top menu bar choose My Schedule

3. In left hand bar select Upcoming Schedule

4. Next to the class you would like to cancel, click on the three dots (right hand side) and choose Cancel Session

5. Confirm your cancellation by clicking OK on the pop up


ACHIEVE Mobile App:

1. Login

2. In bottom menu bar choose My Schedule

3. Choose Upcoming Services on next screen

4. Next to the class you would like to cancel, click on the three dots (right hand side) and choose Cancel

5. Click Confirm to confirm your cancellation
